It’s always important to know how to nail the dress code for that Christmas party and I have some simple tips to help the gents.
The Formal Christmas Party
This is straightforward but to kick it off you will need a tuxedo. Complimented by a dress shirt, bowtie, dress shoes and an optional waistcoat. You can add an accessory with a pocket square or lapel pin, and you are good to go.

The Cocktail Christmas Party
This is a step down from a tuxedo or a three-piece suit. A nicely tailored suit with a shirt and tie should do the trick. Add a nice pair of dress shoes. You can also wear other darker colours e.g. navy, dark grey.

The Business Casual Christmas Party
This is a little bit more laid back with the freedom to throw on a pair of chinos, corduroy or jeans matched with a clean white shirt or turtleneck, dress shoes and nicely fitted blazer. You can mix and match with print here and add a pocket square if you want. Remember, you don’t want to look like you are dressed for a typical day at the office.

Casual Christmas Party
This casual dress code gives you the most freedom to relax and you can stick to a laid back look styled with a pair of jeans, t-shirt or jumper. Layered up with a leather jacket and a pair of Chelsea boots to finish.
